With readiness and the enthusiasm of "torchbearers," the contestants hope to contribute to igniting faith and determination to quickly implement the Party's policies into practice.
Sharing before the "G" hour
Participating in the competition, contestant Nguyen Ngoc Ha from the Thanh Binh commune Party Committee chose the theme "Creating breakthroughs in the development of science , technology, innovation and national digital transformation - Driving force to bring Da Nang city and Thanh Binh commune into a new era, an era of national progress."
Before entering the final round of the competition, Mr. Ha shared that science, technology, and digital transformation have become the "key driving force" propelling the country into an era of national progress. Driven by the aspiration to become Da Nang's semiconductor center, and through the efforts of the Thạnh Bình commune's Digital Technology Team in going door-to-door, Mr. Ha developed his competition entry to demonstrate a simple truth: the Party's resolutions are truly taking root and flourishing in the lives of the people.
To prevent the presentation from being dry, Mr. Ha devoted considerable effort to researching and selecting groundbreaking data, and designing visually appealing slides. His ultimate goal was to "soften" the theory with everyday, relatable language so that macro-level directions like "digital economy " and "digital data" would be easily understood by all segments of the population. Because digital transformation at the grassroots level doesn't begin with machines, but must start with the empathetic hearts of the officials.
“We consider data a resource, but the smiles of the people are the ultimate measure. When officials are willing to ‘guide and instruct’ and make serving the people their heartfelt mission, Thanh Binh commune will surely become a true ‘Smart Commune,’ contributing to Da Nang’s entry into a new era,” Mr. Ha said.
Meanwhile, contestant Nguyen Thi Thu Sang from the Thang Phu commune Party Committee chose the topic "Innovating the work of drafting and implementing laws to meet the requirements of national development in the new era according to Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW of the Politburo" for her competition entry. According to Ms. Thu Sang, this is a particularly important topic, deeply topical and closely related to the lives of every citizen.
As a commune-level reporter, Ms. Sang deeply understands that conveying the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws to cadres, Party members, and the people is not just a duty, but also a personal political responsibility.
“With my entry, I hope to contribute to disseminating the core contents of Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW, helping officials and the people better understand the meaning and importance of reforming the work of lawmaking and enforcement. Every citizen upholds the law, every lawful action will contribute to building the future of the country,” said Thu Sang.
The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the City Party Committee reported that the preliminary round of the competition was held in 9 clusters across the city. The competition received careful leadership, guidance, and preparation from Party committees, agencies, and units at all levels; the organization at each cluster was carried out seriously, ensuring adherence to the plan, regulations, and requirements. The contestants prepared their content meticulously, closely following the theme of disseminating the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress and the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, as well as specialized resolutions issued by the Central Committee. Based on the results of the preliminary round, 19 contestants were selected to participate in the final round of the competition.
Create persuasiveness, spread awareness.
Developing the private economy in accordance with the spirit of Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo is a pressing issue today, requiring widespread dissemination of information to cadres, civil servants, party members, and the people, especially to businesses, which are the direct beneficiaries of this resolution.
Based on the above understanding and approach, contestant Tran Van Lich, from the Party Committee of the city's Party agencies, developed the competition entry "Developing the private economy according to Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW, an important driving force for rapid and sustainable development".
In addition to selecting and investing in the content for the competition entry, for the oral presentation, Mr. Lich created a slideshow to make it easy for the audience to follow and to create an engaging and captivating experience.
“I hope to contribute to raising awareness about the private economy so that people understand it better, thereby changing perceptions of this economic sector. Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW on the development of the private economy will create new momentum for the private economic sector to continue to develop strongly, leading Vietnam into an era of national progress,” Mr. Lich shared.
Looking at the results of the 2026 Excellent Presenter and Propagandist Competition at the Party Committee level, according to Mr. Nguyen Xuan Duc, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the People's Committee of the city, the participating units demonstrated a sense of responsibility, seriously invested in content, selected suitable candidates, and meticulously prepared their competition topics.
Many entries closely adhered to political objectives, linking theory with the practical realities of their agencies and units, and effectively utilizing information technology, images, video clips, and infographics in their presentations, resulting in persuasive and highly impactful submissions.
"Through this competition, we see that the awareness of Party committees and organizations regarding the role and significance of oral propaganda work and the activities of speakers and propagandists continues to improve. Many units are paying attention to identifying and training cadres with propaganda and presentation skills, as well as the ability to research and apply resolutions to practice," Mr. Duc said.
