Roger Federer and other sports stars are visiting Vietnam just in time for April 30th.

Vietnam is becoming an attractive destination for many international athletes such as tennis player Roger Federer, golfer Nick Faldo, and others.

On April 28th, tennis legend Roger Federer and his family were spotted traveling in Hoi An (Quang Nam province). This was the Swiss athlete's first visit to Vietnam, and he stayed at a luxurious 5-star hotel in Dien Ban, Quang Nam. In Hoi An, Roger Federer took his tennis racket to practice on the court. He met many Vietnamese fans, happily greeting them and taking photos with them.

Legendary British golfer Sir Nick Faldo recently appeared at the Hoiana Open Golf Tournament 2024 on April 27th. The golfer, born in 1957, participated in a meet-and-greet, donated items for auction, and contributed cash to the charity fundraising program. The proceeds will be sent to underprivileged and disabled children in Quang Nam province. Nick Faldo (1957) was the world's number one golfer in the early 1990s. He had an admirable playing career, winning over 40 major titles and six Major championships.

On April 26th, Brazilian football legend Rivaldo, along with Lucio, Ze' Carlos, Giovanni, Kleberson, and many talented young players, arrived in Da Nang. The entire team appeared in casual attire and were warmly welcomed by Vietnamese fans. Rivaldo and his teammates stayed at a 5-star hotel on Vo Nguyen Giap Street in Da Nang. The famous player signed autographs and took photos with everyone at their accommodation. On April 28th, the former Brazilian stars played football on Da Nang beach with Vietnamese fans, showing great camaraderie and friendliness. These football superstars from the Samba land came to the "city of bridges" to participate in the Vietnam-Brazil Football Festival, celebrating the 35th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries. Welcoming these world-famous stars once again affirms Da Nang's position as a tourist destination.
