
The festival took place over one day and night (March 5th) at the Historical Relic Site of the Party Committee of Zone V, featuring many vibrant cultural, artistic, and sporting activities, attracting the participation and enthusiastic response of a large number of people from all 8 villages in the commune.
The series of practical activities at the festival demonstrates the determination of the Party Committee, government, and people of Phuoc Tra commune in striving to achieve accomplishments to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam ; to celebrate the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party; and to look forward to the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
This is also a meaningful activity to celebrate the 66th anniversary of the Ong Tia Village Uprising (March 13, 1960 - March 13, 2026) - a shining symbol of the indomitable spirit and unwavering will of the army and people of Phuoc Tra during the years of revolutionary struggle.

At the festival, amateur athletes from the villages competed enthusiastically in traditional sports such as cross-country running, stick pushing, crossbow shooting, and tug-of-war.
Furthermore, the festival atmosphere became even more captivating as locals and tourists immersed themselves in the unique cultural performances and the resounding rhythm of gongs echoing through the mountains and forests.

Established through the merger of Song Tra, Phuoc Gia, and Phuoc Tra communes (effective July 1, 2025), the new Phuoc Tra commune always prioritizes economic development while preserving and promoting traditional cultural values.
The festival, held for the first time after the establishment of the new commune, is an opportunity to preserve and promote cultural identity and traditional sports, creating a healthy playground for the people. Through this, it strengthens solidarity among villages and builds an increasingly rich cultural life at the grassroots level...
