According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, CR7 will not play in the crucial match between Al Nassr and Al Ittihad on February 7th. Similar to the match against Al Riyadh on February 2nd, the Portuguese superstar's absence is not related to injury, fitness issues, or any direct conflict with the coaching staff.

On February 5th, Ronaldo posted a picture of himself training intensely on the field along with a yellow and blue heart emoji, the two signature colors of Al Nassr. It seemed as though everything had been resolved and CR7 would return to play for Al Nassr; however, the reality turned out to be the opposite.

According to Portuguese journalist Bruno Andrade, Ronaldo reportedly made several specific demands before agreeing to return to the pitch, most notably a desire for Al Nassr's management to have greater autonomy in transfer decisions and limit interference from outside factors.

According to Ronaldo, Al Hilal received significant support in recruiting top stars, while Al Nassr faced more difficulties in pursuing major deals.
