Ninh Kieu pedestrian street is envisioned as an open cultural space where diverse and accessible cultural and artistic activities are regularly organized. Every Saturday and Sunday evening, the pedestrian street comes alive with a variety of performances, ranging from traditional Southern Vietnamese arts such as don ca tai tu (traditional Southern Vietnamese folk music), cai luong (traditional opera), and folk songs, to modern dance and music performances catering to the tastes of young people. This harmonious blend creates a vibrant picture, reflecting the dynamic cultural life of this riverside city.

Cultural and artistic activities not only enrich the activities at Ninh Kieu Pedestrian Street, serving the spiritual life of the people, but also contribute to creating a highlight for urban tourism products.
