Springtime in Y Tý

Amidst the swirling clouds, every spring, Y Tý (Lao Cai) dons a new, vibrant, and pristine cloak.

Visitors here can also experience the warm Tet atmosphere and the unique cultural identity of the Ha Nhi, H'Mong, Dao people, and others.

On the undulating mountain slopes, the yellow and white terraced rice fields reflect the clouds; wild peach blossoms and white plum blossoms burst forth in the early morning sun, accentuating the colorful brocade dresses of the Ha Nhi, H'Mong, and Dao ethnic groups. Spring in Y Ty is not noisy or bustling, but imbued with a pure, pristine beauty under the crisp coolness mingled with the scent of kitchen smoke, the warm aroma of corn wine, and the joyful laughter of the highland market at the beginning of the year.

The most beautiful cloudy season is from December to March, when the valleys of Y Tý are enveloped in a sea of ​​white clouds, creating a scene like a fairyland.

The terraced rice fields attract tourists who come to experience them and take photos.

Every morning, the villages are nestled amidst the clouds, creating a majestic and poetic picture of Northwest Vietnam.
