Immediately after the provincial-level competition was planned, Party committees, agencies, and units proactively implemented a coordinated, continuous, and innovative propaganda campaign, both in content and form. In addition to publishing information on mass media, the competition's activities were regularly publicized on social media through infographics, trailers, video clips, and activity images. The content focused on promoting the purpose and significance of the competition, as well as the preparation process. According to statistics, the entire province published over 100 news articles, photos, infographics, video clips, and other media products about the competition in newspapers, online information sites, social media, and local information systems, attracting tens of thousands of views, followers, and interactions.
Simultaneously, preparations for the competition have been carried out seriously and systematically, ensuring that the schedule and requirements are met. Accordingly, detailed and clear guidelines, regulations, and rules for the competition have been developed, closely adhering to practical realities and creating favorable conditions for participants. Based on this, the Organizing Committee, the Judging Panel, and the Secretariat have held meetings to discuss, agree upon, and assign specific tasks to each department and member. To date, many important aspects, such as developing the operational script, the overall program, and preparing the necessary facilities for the competition, have been largely completed, ready for the competition to be held as planned.
According to the plan, the 2026 Provincial Excellent Presenter and Propagandist Competition will take place on June 24th and 25th, 2026. The competition will feature 28 contestants selected from the cluster competitions and Party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee. Contestants will participate in three parts: preparing a presentation outline, delivering a presentation, and answering questions from the judging panel. The competition content will relate to the dissemination of the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party and the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term. |
At the subordinate Party committees, agencies, and units, preparations for the competition were also actively underway. Party committees not only provided time and work arrangements to allow contestants to focus on studying, but also offered professional and content-based support. For example, in Cluster No. 10 (comprising communes from the former Chi Lang district), a 14-member advisory and support team was established, consisting of Party committee leaders from the communes in the area and experienced propaganda officers to accompany and support the contestants.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Cuong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Chi Lang commune and Head of the Candidate Advisory Team of Examination Cluster No. 10, said: In fulfilling its duties, the Advisory Team has regularly supported and provided feedback to improve the outlines, presentation slides, presentation content, presentation skills, and related professional content for the candidates. The team is responsible for information technology support, advising on slide editing, searching for images and illustrative materials… This creates favorable conditions for candidates to develop their abilities and confidence, striving to achieve high results at the provincial-level competition.
In addition, some units organize internal feedback sessions and thematic workshops to help candidates refine their outlines and improve the quality of their exam papers. At the same time, some agencies and units also organize mock exams to familiarize candidates with the exam atmosphere, allowing them to adjust their expression, presentation style, and content structure accordingly.
For the contestants, the preparation was also carried out seriously, proactively, and scientifically . From the moment they received the plan, many contestants proactively developed specific study plans, focusing on in-depth research of the thematic content in accordance with the competition's requirements.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong, Party Branch Secretary and Principal of Hung Vu Secondary School (under the Hung Vu Commune Party Committee), a contestant in the provincial-level competition, shared: "For this competition, I proactively developed and prepared an outline on the topic 'Promoting the pioneering and exemplary role of Party members in the Hung Vu Secondary School Party Branch in applying science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation in accordance with the spirit of the 14th Party Congress Resolution.' During the preparation process, I spent a lot of time researching and updating the Party's new policies and resolutions, while also relating them closely to the practical situation at the school and the locality to ensure that the content of the presentation is practical, persuasive, and easy to understand. I also actively practiced my presentation and problem-solving skills to perform the most effective part of the competition."
With thorough and meticulous preparation, along with a high sense of responsibility from the agencies and units, we are confident that the 2026 Provincial-level Competition for Excellent Speakers and Propagandists will be a great success, becoming a widespread political activity throughout the province.
