During seven years working at Meta Biomed Vina One Member Co., Ltd. (Can Giuoc commune, Tay Ninh province), Ms. Nguyen Le Thi My Duyen has made efforts and been constantly creative in her work and has been highly appreciated by the company's leaders.

Working in the packaging department, Ms. Duyen is always careful and meticulous. With new product codes, especially small products with complex packaging specifications that are easy to confuse, she and her colleagues in the team discuss, give suggestions and divide the work reasonably. Thanks to that, the work is done faster and more effectively.

Not only doing well in her professional duties, Ms. Duyen also actively participates in the emulation movements of Good Labor - Creative Labor. Up to now, she has 3 technical innovation initiatives, of which the 2024 initiative on improving the P61 blister packing machine, code PP-PK-62, was awarded a certificate of merit by the Provincial People's Committee. This is also the initiative that Ms. Duyen is most satisfied with.

Previously, the packaging of small products had to be done manually, which was both time-consuming and labor-intensive. From that reality, Ms. Duyen came up with the idea of improving the blister packing machine to suit more types of products. She researched and installed an additional shaft and 2 supports on the machine cover to attach the transparent glue roll, and added a resistance bar to help customize the temperature according to each product code. Thanks to that, the packaging of small products became faster, more accurate and safer.

During the testing process, Ms. Duyen encountered many difficulties: broken machines, wasted materials, defective products, etc. However, thanks to the encouragement and support of the team leader, manager and the electromechanical department, she was not discouraged but continued to adjust each detail. Finally, the initiative was completed and widely applied in the production line.

As a result, the pressing rate increased from 80% to more than 95%, the output increased by 50%, from 300 to 450 products/hour. The initiative not only helped the company save more than 9 million VND/month in production costs but also increased the income of her team by 2-3 million VND/month. That success demonstrates the creative spirit, daring to think, daring to do of workers in the period of industrialization and modernization.

“What makes me happiest is not only the reward or recognition, but also that my initiative really helps my colleagues and reduces the workload. That is the greatest happiness and pride,” Ms. Duyen shared.

According to Ms. Duyen, today's work requires workers to constantly innovate and be creative to adapt to technology and improve productivity. Therefore, she cherishes the idea and continues to research small improvements to make the production process more convenient and effective.

With a sense of responsibility and passion for her job, Ms. Nguyen Le Thi My Duyen is a typical example of a creative worker who dares to think and dares to do. Her efforts not only bring efficiency to the enterprise but also spread the spirit of good and creative labor among the workers./.
