Having worked for Meta Biomed Vina Co., Ltd. (Can Giuoc commune, Tay Ninh province) for seven years, Ms. Nguyen Le Thi My Duyen has strived and continuously innovated in her work, earning high praise from the company's leadership.

Working in the packaging department, Ms. Duyen is always careful and meticulous. With new product lines, especially small items with complex packaging requirements that are prone to errors, she and her colleagues in the team discuss, give feedback, and divide the work efficiently. As a result, the work is done faster and more effectively.

Besides excelling in her professional duties, Ms. Duyen actively participates in the "Excellent Worker - Creative Worker" emulation movements. To date, she has three technical improvement initiatives, including the 2024 initiative on improving the P61 blister packaging machine (code PP-PK-62) which received a commendation from the Provincial People's Committee. This is also the initiative that Ms. Duyen is most proud of.

Previously, packaging small products had to be done manually, which was both time-consuming and laborious. Based on this, Ms. Duyen came up with the idea to improve the blister packaging machine to suit a wider variety of products. She researched and added a shaft and two supports on the machine lid to hold the transparent adhesive roll, and also added a heating element to adjust the temperature according to each product code. As a result, packaging small products has become faster, more accurate, and safer.

During the testing process, Ms. Duyen encountered numerous difficulties: machine breakdowns, material waste, defective products, etc. However, thanks to the encouragement and support of the team leader, manager, and the electromechanical department, she did not give up but continued to adjust each detail. Finally, the innovation was perfected and widely applied in the production line.

As a result, the pressing rate increased from 80% to over 95%, and production increased by 50%, from 300 to 450 products per hour. This initiative not only saved the company over 9 million VND per month in production costs but also increased the income of her team by 2-3 million VND per month. This success demonstrates the creative spirit and willingness to think outside the box of workers in the era of industrialization and modernization.

"What makes me happiest isn't just the reward or recognition, but the fact that my initiative actually helps my colleagues and reduces their workload. That's my greatest happiness and pride," Ms. Duyen shared.

According to Ms. Duyen, today's work demands that employees constantly innovate and be creative to adapt to technology and improve productivity. Therefore, she has been nurturing the idea of continuing to research small improvements to make the production process more convenient and efficient.

With a sense of responsibility and passion for her profession, Ms. Nguyen Le Thi My Duyen is a prime example of a creative and innovative worker who dares to think and act. Her efforts not only bring efficiency to the enterprise but also spread the spirit of skilled and creative work among the workforce.
