90% of YouTube content will be created with AI, at a very low cost

(NLDO) - AI is now not only creating content and advising users, but can also automatically make decisions without depending on humans.

At the annual event of the Vietnam E-commerce Panorama Forum 2025 (VOBF 2025) with the theme "Victory in the AI era" organized by the Vietnam E-commerce Association (VECOM) on April 22, Mr. Phan Thanh Ha, Google Cloud Vietnam solution design expert, commented that AI is entering a phase of extremely rapid and extensive development.

According to Mr. Ha, AI is no longer just a support tool but is gradually changing the way businesses make money, especially in the field of e-commerce. Recently, Google has recorded 3 prominent AI trends.

First , AI has seen and understood the real world as it is increasingly capable of processing images and sounds in real time. This move from simulated AI to real-world cognitive AI is especially useful in e-commerce, live sales, and customer care.

Mr. Phan Thanh Ha, Google Cloud Vietnam solution design expert, emphasized that AI has the ability to automatically make decisions without humans.

Second , create a completely autonomous workflow. Similar to how Tesla applies AI to help cars move safely from point A to point B without human intervention, in businesses, AI will not only create content or advice but can also automatically make decisions. Tasks that can apply AI to make decisions include: coordinating orders, optimizing operating costs, recommending personalized products...

Third , the rate of people using AI to access information is increasing. If in the past, Google was the place where users searched for answers, now AI is the new search engine, helping to retrieve and suggest optimal information according to context.

Notably, Mr. Ha said that with AI's generation capacity, about 80%-90% of content on YouTube in the future can be created by AI, from product introduction videos , advertisements, to short films and interactive content.

"A 30-second TV commercial for a business, without the presence of AI, could cost 55,000-130,000 USD to produce. Thanks to AI, it can now be made for only 320 USD and completed in half a day," Mr. Ha introduced.

However, according to Mr. Ha, AI is still at the stage of “useful but not strong enough”. Only when AI can make decisions with specific financial value, that is when AI can truly demonstrate its full potential.
