The unit received numerous awards in the BMW and Peugeot brand customer satisfaction survey program; and the "Outstanding Team of the Year 2023" award for the Kia Binh Duong Engine, Chassis, and Electrical team of technicians.

Mr. Nguyen Van Quan, Deputy Workshop Manager of THACO AUTO Bac Ninh, enthusiastically said: “In our shared work, each person has their own task, but we always support each other and progress together every day. There are times when the number of vehicles coming into the workshop increases significantly, meaning the workload also increases. Although it's hard work, the team always supports each other to complete the job well and ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers.”

Creativity - The driving force behind development

In 2023, THACO AUTO recorded nearly 1,500 innovative improvement projects applied to production, saving over 60 billion VND. From the beginning of the year until now, many individuals and teams at the factories have actively researched and proposed solutions, with nearly 450 projects implemented.

“During my time working at the factory, I noticed many processes that could be improved to save costs and labor. I researched and applied the knowledge and experience I had accumulated over the years to implement technical improvements. Each successful project is a great motivation for me to strive even harder to contribute to the Group's development,” Mr. Hung shared.

In 2023 alone, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hung implemented 15 innovative improvement projects, saving the company and its units more than 3.7 billion VND.
