According to Mr. Dang Truong Son, in addition to the State's resources, the important resource is to mobilize the strength of agencies, organizations, and people in the town. Each person contributes a small amount of money, or contributes construction days to help the project complete on schedule, saving construction costs. Not only the work of removing temporary houses, but in all areas, when mobilizing resources to prevent and fight epidemics, support people affected by natural disasters, floods, etc., the strength from this base is always promoted by the town.

Mobilizing strength at the grassroots level, from the people, is an important resource to contribute to socio-economic development. From economic development models, which are then replicated in the community, it is thanks to people helping each other. It can be mentioned that in A Luoi district, people support each other with the model of capital support to raise pigs and chickens. In Phu Vang, Phong Dien implemented the model of "Growing lotus - raising fish" from abandoned agricultural land, bringing high economic efficiency, people together support the replication of the model.

Mr. Ho Dac Loc, Secretary of the Party Committee of Loc Bon Commune, Phu Loc District, said that in recent times, cadres and party members in the area have played a pioneering role in promoting the strength at the grassroots level. Notable among them is Mr. Bach Van Phuoc, Secretary of the Party Cell of Hoa My Village. Mr. Phuoc has mobilized households to convert low-yield rice fields to lotus cultivation; established the Huong Sen Cooperative Group with 13 members. Thanks to the lotus cultivation model, the estimated income per household per season has been over 30 million VND, helping households to have a more stable life.

As a locality that mobilized resources well to eliminate temporary houses in the ward, Mr. Huynh Ngoc Dung, Chairman of the People's Committee of Phuong Duc Ward, Thuan Hoa District, concluded that the most important thing in promoting strength is to build a solid grassroots system. From the close leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the synchronous management and implementation of the ward leaders to the Party cell secretaries and heads of residential groups.

Mr. Hoang Khanh Hung, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the City Party Committee, said that from July 1, the new commune-level operation model will come into operation. The important goal is to be closer to the people, serve the people more effectively, and maximize the strength at the grassroots level to develop the economy. In the coming time, the grassroots level will play an even greater role, being the root in carrying out tasks.

Mr. Hoang Khanh Hung emphasized that in the coming time, the requirement is that Party committees and organizations at all levels step up propaganda work, promote the strength of the entire people; create strong changes in awareness and action, enhance the responsibility of Party committees, Party organizations, authorities, Vietnam Fatherland Front, cadres, Party members and the people. Local authorities continue to launch, maintain and improve the quality and effectiveness of activities in socio-economic development, associated with the implementation of campaigns and patriotic emulation movements of each unit and locality. The important thing is to build a great solidarity bloc, gather the strength of the entire people. When the grassroots are strong, it will be a decisive factor in effectively implementing the common tasks of the city.
