At about 5:15 am this morning (August 17), Mr. N.Đ.Đ.N (born in 8, residing in Phu Long town, Ham Thuan Bac district) while swimming in the area of Ong Dia rock beach, in the ward Phu Hai, City. Phan Thiet drowned. Discovering the incident, people swimming here rushed to rescue and bring the victim ashore to perform first aid measures. However, the victim later died.
After the functional forces recorded the incident information, the victim's body was handed over to the family to take care of the aftermath.
