(Dan Tri Newspaper) - After a drinking session, Tuan and Dinh brought two firework displays and set them off in the middle of the road, causing a disturbance and disrupting public order in Dinh Huong residential area, Thang town, Hiep Hoa district, Bac Giang province.
On January 26, the Bac Giang Provincial Police announced that the Hiep Hoa District Police had temporarily detained Nguyen Van Tuan (33 years old) and Nguyen Van Dinh (41 years old, both residing in Hiep Hoa District) for investigation into the act of disturbing public order.

According to authorities, at around 8 PM on January 22nd, after drinking alcohol with some friends at a restaurant in Dinh Huong residential area, Thang town, Hiep Hoa district, Tuan and Dinh brought two firework displays and set them off on the road in front of the restaurant.
During the fireworks display, Tuan and Dinh, along with some friends, stood in the middle of the road using their phones to film the fireworks, causing a disruption to local public order.
Authorities said that during the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Snake (2015), the Hiep Hoa District Police will intensify patrols and inspections to detect and resolutely handle any acts related to fireworks.

The police urge citizens to comply with regulations on the use of fireworks and to always be vigilant in reporting crimes. When discovering any violations of the law, especially those related to fireworks, please report them to the nearest police station.
