According to statistics from CoinMarketCap, Pi trading volume on exchanges has increased dramatically, reaching 3.36 billion USD. The total market capitalization also reached a record of more than 19 billion USD.

The prediction is based on the expectation that Binance – the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange – may soon list Pi. Binance recently held a community vote on the issue, with over 85% of the votes in favor. The official results are expected to be announced today.

Besides Binance, several major exchanges such as Bitget, OKX and MEXC have also started supporting PI trading, further strengthening investors' confidence in the positive outlook of this coin.

Pi Network has just announced on X (Twitter) that Zito Realty, a Florida-based real estate company, now accepts Pi Coin as a payment method for real estate transactions. This is a notable step, making Pi Coin the second cryptocurrency, after Bitcoin (BTC), accepted by Zito Realty LLC in this field.

Not just for real estate, Pi Coin is also used to buy cars in Florida. Cube Motor, a car dealership here, has started accepting Pi Coin as a form of payment.
