Secondly, the industry needs to build railways and urban rail systems based on internal resources, which is fundamental, strategic, long-term, and decisive; external resources are important and provide breakthroughs. Thirdly, the industry needs to reduce costs and investments, thereby lowering product prices, increasing competitiveness, so that people can enjoy better products at lower costs and in less time.
