One of the most notable is the live show "Finding the Pearl" which was recently launched at Ngoc Rong Cave (or Bat Cave) in Vung Duc Relic and Scenic Area, Cam Pha City, which was warmly welcomed by the public and tourists. The show not only honors the rich local cultural quintessence, but also applies modern multimedia technology to bring an eye-catching performance to the audience.

In addition, at Tuan Chau International Passenger Port, Ha Long Tourist Boat Association has put into operation the Night Cruise experience, taking tourists on tour itinerary number 8 on Ha Long Bay, starting from Tuan Chau International Passenger Port - Ha Long International Passenger Port - Nam Cau Trang Port. With this itinerary, tourists can explore the colorful Ha Long city at night, admire famous landmarks and constructions, enjoy the unique cultural, artistic and culinary space right on the cruise ship throughout the journey.

Along with the continuous new tourism products, Quang Ninh province also focuses on developing sports tourism. With diverse landscapes from seas, islands, mountains to caves, the province has been organizing many large-scale sports tournaments, such as: Aqua Warriors Halong Bay, Halong Bay Heritage Marathon, Yen Tu mountain climbing... attracting thousands of domestic and international athletes. Not just simply sports events, these tournaments are also cultural festivals, combining competition and relaxation, thereby promoting the local image in a dynamic and modern way.

Quang Ninh is focusing on developing high-quality tourism products, rich in cultural content and suitable for new consumption trends. The goal of welcoming 20 million visitors in 2025 is the driving force for the whole province to act decisively, creatively and flexibly. In May 2025, Quang Ninh tourism welcomed about 2.5 million visitors, an increase of nearly 70% compared to the plan; of which nearly 1 million visitors came to worship Buddha's relics at Yen Tu. In the first 5 months, the total number of tourists to Quang Ninh was about 10 million, an increase of nearly 20% over the same period in 2024, of which nearly 2 million were international visitors. The number of overnight guests is estimated at over 2.5 million, an increase of 24% over the same period. Total tourism revenue is over 23,100 billion VND, an increase of 30% over the same period.

Mr. Nguyen Lam Nguyen, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said: Now entering the peak summer tourism season, the Quang Ninh tourism industry is making efforts to build and put into operation many new tourism products to increase the attractiveness of the destination, especially sea and island tourism products and night economy. At the same time, ensuring service quality and tourism business environment, striving to welcome 5.3 million tourists in the second quarter.
