Training on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in production and business development.

On the morning of April 10th, the Department of Industry and Trade, in coordination with the VCCI branch in Nghe An, Ha Tinh, and Quang Binh, organized a training conference on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) to develop production and business in the digital age.

Attending the event were leaders from the Department of Industry and Trade; Mr. Le Nguyen Chung - Deputy Director of the Vietnam Federation of Trade and Industry, Nghe An - Ha Tinh - Quang Binh branch; and a large number of businesses, cooperatives, craft villages, and production and business households in the province.

The training conference was led by Mr. Bui Quang Cuong - Member of the Executive Committee, Deputy Head of Training Department of the Vietnam E-commerce Association, AI training expert, and CEO of iViet.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution is profoundly impacting all aspects of life, especially production and business. In an increasingly competitive environment, effectively leveraging and applying AI is not just an option, but a vital factor in enhancing competitiveness, optimizing production processes, reducing costs, expanding markets, and delivering superior customer experiences. Equipping businesses in the province with AI knowledge and skills is an urgent and strategically important task.

At the conference, Mr. Bui Quang Cuong, a member of the Executive Board and Deputy Head of Training at the Vietnam E-commerce Association, a seasoned expert in the field of AI, shared and discussed topics such as: Strategies for intelligent content creation with AI; Applications of AI in digital marketing on Facebook Business and Zalo Business (OA) platforms; Applications of AI in e-commerce business; and Measuring and optimizing customer service effectiveness with AI support.

Through the training course, participants gained a solid foundation of knowledge, the latest trends in AI application, and practical, intuitive, and easy-to-understand examples of AI in manufacturing and business sectors.

Through this training course, units and businesses will gradually improve their digital transformation capabilities, access advanced technologies, and thereby create positive changes in their work, production, and business activities.
