Erik ten Hag is the first manager in Man Utd history to lead his team to 30 wins in their first 50 Premier League games.
In his first 50 Premier League games, the Dutch coach helped Man Utd win 30, draw six and lose 14. If counting all competitions, Ten Hag also reached the milestone of 50 wins with Man Utd, after 80 games. His winning percentage is currently 62.5%, the highest of all time at Man Utd, not counting interim coaches.

The 53-year-old coach helped the "Red Devils" earn 96 points in the last 50 matches in the Premier League, accounting for 64% of the points. His achievement is better than Jurgen Klopp's early period at Liverpool, when the German coach won 92 points, accounting for 61%. Even Mikel Arteta only brought home 75 points in the first 50 matches with Arsenal, a rate of 50%.
Ten Hag had to rely on defender Victor Lindelof to reach those milestones, as he scored the only goal as Man Utd beat new signing Luton Town. Centre-back Harry Maguire and goalkeeper Andre Onana also impressed as they kept clean sheets. Onana moved up to third in the race for the Golden Glove this season, with four clean sheets, behind Sam Johnstone and Nick Pope (five).
The win over Luton also puts Man Utd in the best form of the Premier League, if you count the last five games. They have picked up 12 points in this period, Newcastle have picked up 11, and the rest have picked up 10 points or less.
Ten Hag will not be able to direct from the touchline in Man Utd's next game against Everton in two weeks. The former Ajax boss was booked in the win over Luton for verbally abusing the referee, his third caution of the season. So Ten Hag will not be able to sit on the sidelines, but will be able to watch the game from the stands and direct from a distance.
