The eastern coastal area of Dak Lak has seen a significant increase in tourist numbers.
Landmarks such as Mui Dien, Ganh Da Dia, Hon Yen, Nghinh Phong Tower, and Tuy Hoa beach attract a large number of tourists. The increased number of visitors from the southern provinces and the Central Highlands, along with the high volume of traffic on National Highway 1, creates a lively atmosphere at rest stops, restaurants, and parking services.

Tourists flocked to Nghinh Phong Tower, causing a surge in traffic.
In Tuy Hoa ward, many beachfront accommodations reached maximum capacity on the 3rd and 4th days of Tet (Lunar New Year). Homestays and small to medium-sized hotels were also fully booked during this peak period, mainly serving domestic tourists for short stays.
According to statistics from the Monument Management Board, at Ganh Da Dia alone, from the 2nd to the 4th day of Tet (Lunar New Year), approximately 14,500 visitors were received, including families and tour groups. Security, traffic management, and environmental sanitation efforts were intensified to minimize congestion.

The road to Ganh Da Dia is experiencing localized traffic congestion.
Sunny weather, calm seas, and increasingly convenient transportation infrastructure along National Highway 1 are important factors driving up the number of tourists. In addition, landscape improvements, service upgrades, stable prices, and the development of new check-in points have contributed to extending the length of stay and increasing the attractiveness of eastern Dak Lak during this year's Tet holiday.

Tourists flocked to check in with the horse figurines representing the Year of the Horse 2026.
