Establishment of the Dien Ban Ward Trade Union

DNO - On the afternoon of July 30th, the Standing Committee of the Dien Ban Ward Trade Union held a conference to announce the decision of the Da Nang City Federation of Labor regarding the establishment of the Ward Trade Union.

The Dien Ban Ward Trade Union was established by merging the communes and wards of Dien Ban, Dien Ban Bac, An Thang, Dien Ban Tay, and Go Noi; receiving 25 grassroots trade unions with a total of 2,255 members from the City Federation of Labor.

At the conference, the City Federation of Labor announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Dien Ban Ward Trade Union, term I (2025-2028), consisting of 9 members; and appointed Ms. Do Thi Luan as the Chairperson of the Ward Trade Union.

Attending and speaking at the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh, Vice President of the City Labor Union, suggested that the Dien Ban Ward Labor Union focus on discussing and issuing working regulations, and assigning specific tasks to each member of the Executive Committee.

Develop a work program for the last six months of 2025 and propose solutions for effective implementation, especially in the areas of membership recruitment and the establishment of grassroots trade unions. Proactively understand the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers, and ensure their well-being, both materially and spiritually.
