A lively New Year's Eve

The Lunar New Year's Eve of the Year of the Horse (Bính Ngọ) marked the first year of the two-tiered local government system. To create a vibrant, joyful, and exciting atmosphere for the people, localities throughout the province organized numerous special cultural and artistic programs for residents to celebrate the New Year, fostering a cheerful and enthusiastic spirit among locals and tourists alike, all looking forward to a new year filled with good fortune, prosperity, and abundance. The atmosphere of New Year's Eve celebrations throughout the province was therefore lively and full of emotion.
