Many poems and songs have been written about the preschool teaching profession, honoring and describing preschool teachers in touching poems and stories. However, it is rare to find a poem or song about a male preschool teacher.
In Quan Than San commune, Si Ma Cai district, if you ask about teacher Giang Seo De, a teacher at Quan Than San commune kindergarten, everyone knows him, especially the students of Quan Than San commune kindergarten. It can be said that Giang Seo De inherited the talents of his father, Giang Seo Hang, the village head of Ban Phin; he is skilled at playing the khene (a type of bamboo flute), plays the flute well, and has a warm, captivating singing voice.
Throughout his years of study and work, Giàng Seo Dế has continuously strived, learned, and actively worked towards achieving the many accomplishments he has today. In 2011, he won the Silver Medal in the "Traditional Musical Instruments" category at the "Exchange Competition between Universities and Colleges in the Central and Northern Region" at Hanoi Pedagogical University 2; he won First Prize in the "Excellent Class Teacher Competition at the District Level," and was recognized as an outstanding teacher in the "Excellent Class Teacher Competition at the Provincial Level" in the 2017-2018 school year. In recent years, Dế has consistently achieved the title of excellent teacher at the school, district, and provincial levels.

Teacher Giàng Seo Dế achieved outstanding results in the "Provincial Competition for Excellent Classroom Teachers" in the 2017-2018 school year.
Giàng Seo Dế has always been admired and trusted by his friends and colleagues. During his school years, he was always elected class president and Youth Union secretary; throughout his career, he has consistently served as a member of the Trade Union Executive Committee and a Head of the Professional Team. In every role, he has excelled. Everyone says that early childhood education is hard work and only suitable for women, but Giàng Seo Dế loves the profession and finds it more suited to him. Since becoming a preschool teacher, going to class every day with the little ones has given him more motivation and creativity. Songs and poems inspire him, filling him with passion and allowing him to freely use his unique talents to teach the young children. Dế's greatest joy is being able to directly teach the children in his hometown, contributing his knowledge to help them develop well-rounded personalities and equipping them with the basic skills needed to enter primary school.

As the breadwinner of a small family with a 7-year-old son and a wife who works in the fields, Dế's meager salary of over 6 million VND covers all living expenses. Yet, his life is truly happy and the envy of many of his peers in Quan Than San. Outside of class and during summer breaks, Dế returns to the fields and livestock farming. In 2018, Dế experienced much joy and achieved many good results in his work, but also sadness and worry for his father, who was seriously ill. While participating in the "Excellent Teacher in Charge" competition in Lao Cai province, his father was hospitalized for treatment. Dế brought home the competition results as a gift to his father, giving him joy and hope to continue his treatment. Dế's humble dream is to have good health so he can dedicate himself to his profession and teach many things to the children, striving to become a good role model for the local children to learn from and emulate, hoping to change the perception of the villagers and encourage them to pay more attention to their children's education.
