This is the next chapter in the 32-year journey of one of Hollywood's most popular dinosaur film series, marking a fusion of original spirit and modern action-survival style.
The film is set five years after the events of the main movie "Jurassic World: Dominion," when dinosaurs were forced to retreat from the human ecosystem because their habitat was no longer suitable. A few rare individuals survived and took refuge in a remote tropical region – once a top-secret base of Jurassic Park. Here, three colossal creatures representing three environments – land, ocean, and sky – possess special DNA that could save humanity.
In this context, female spy Zora Bennett (played by Scarlett Johansson) is tasked with leading a special forces team on a top-secret mission: to infiltrate the most dangerous region on the planet to collect valuable genetic material. She is joined by characters played by Mahershala Ali, Jonathan Bailey, and Rupert Friend. However, the journey quickly turns into a fierce battle for survival as the team becomes trapped amidst the wilderness, ferocious prehistoric creatures, and a horrifying secret buried for decades.
According to veteran producer Frank Marshall, "Rebirth" is an attempt to bring the franchise back to the adventurous, thrilling, and survival spirit of the original 1993 film, while expanding the scope of the storyline with a completely new world and cast of characters.
