The emulation campaign will run from June 12th to July 12th, 2024. The content and objectives of the campaign will focus on disseminating information, educating, and raising awareness among officers and soldiers about the purpose, significance, and importance of the "Determined to Win" emulation movement; building a strong political resolve and high determination among the troops, ensuring they are ready to accept and successfully complete all assigned tasks.

100% of agencies and units effectively carry out training and combat readiness; maintain a firm grasp of the situation at sea, in the air, and in their assigned areas; strictly maintain forces, equipment, and duty systems at all levels; organize thorough training in combat plans; coordinate closely with other forces, promptly and successfully handle all situations, preventing passivity and surprise.

The intensive emulation campaign "30 Days and Nights of Unity, Creativity, Exemplary Conduct, Discipline, and Decisive Victory" to celebrate the Decisive Victory Emulation Congress of the 5th Naval Region Command for the period 2019-2024 is a broad political activity aimed at promoting the sense of responsibility, activeness, self-awareness, initiative, and creativity of officers and soldiers in performing their duties; creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere, encouraging and motivating troops to actively train, study, and work, excellently completing all assigned tasks, contributing to building a clean and strong Party Committee, and a comprehensively strong, exemplary, and outstanding unit.

Vietnam encourages US businesses to expand investment in high technology.On the morning of June 26th, at the Government Headquarters, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung received Mr. Jeff Place, Supply Chain Director of Coherent Group (USA). During the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister affirmed that Vietnam encourages US businesses to expand investment, especially in high-tech, innovation, and semiconductor industries.

On this occasion, agencies and units under the Command of Naval Region 5 also organized a launching ceremony to respond to the movement "The whole country competes to build a learning society and promote lifelong learning in the period 2023-2030".
