The emulation period is from June 12 to July 12, 2024. The content and objectives of the emulation focus on propaganda, education, and raising awareness among officers and soldiers about the purpose, meaning, and importance of the emulation movement to win; building soldiers with strong political will, high determination, and readiness to receive and complete all assigned tasks well.
100% of agencies and units have carried out training and combat readiness well; have a firm grasp of the situation at sea, in the air and in the stationed areas; strictly maintain forces, means, and on-duty systems at all levels; organize and practice combat plans; closely coordinate and cooperate with other forces, promptly and successfully handle all situations, and avoid being passive or surprised.

The peak emulation period of "30 days and nights of solidarity, creativity, exemplary, disciplined, determined to win" to achieve achievements to welcome the emulation congress of the Naval Region 5 Command for the period 2019-2024 is a broad political activity to promote the sense of responsibility, positivity, self-awareness, proactiveness, and creativity of officers and soldiers in performing their tasks; create a vibrant emulation atmosphere, encourage and motivate soldiers to actively train, study, work, and excellently complete all assigned tasks, contributing to building a clean and strong Party organization, a strong, comprehensive, exemplary, and typical unit.
On this occasion, agencies and units under the Naval Region 5 Command also held a launching ceremony to respond to the movement "The whole country competes to build a learning society, promote lifelong learning in the period 2023-2030"./.
