Tailor-made travel packages will be built to specifically meet the interests of Korean tourists, combining experiences immersing in local culture, cuisine and adventure activities.

After that successful trip, recently, in mid-March 2025, the Korean Famtrip delegation led by Vietnam Tourism Ambassador to Korea Ly Xuong Can, members of which were representatives of Vietnam Airlines in Korea, major travel agencies, media agencies, and Korean celebrities, came to survey Binh Thuan tourism products. Within the framework of this visit, the Famtrip delegation was guided to visit attractive and unique products of Phan Thiet - Binh Thuan such as Sea Links City, NovaWorld Phan Thiet Golf Course, Wine Castle, Truong Duc Thanh relic, Po Sah Inu tower relic, Bau Trang eco-tourism site; some hotels, resorts... to experience some typical services of Binh Thuan tourism and enjoy delicious dishes and specialties of Phan Thiet sea...

In particular, the Korean Famtrip delegation also participated in the Tourism Seminar “Meeting and connecting trade between Binh Thuan and Korean tourism businesses”. This is a good opportunity for Binh Thuan tourism businesses to introduce products, services, and attractive stimulus programs to travel businesses, media agencies, and Korean celebrities to promote and communicate the destination to Korean tourists. Mr. Ly Xuong Can - Vietnam Tourism Ambassador in Korea shared: “I once compared Binh Thuan to “A Princess Just Awakened”. With the positive response of the Vietnamese Government through preferential policies along with rich tourism resources, I hope that Binh Thuan province will have tourism development policies following the model of discovering unique and distinctive features that only exist in Binh Thuan. During Binh Thuan's first working trip to Korea, many companies paid more attention to the Binh Thuan market. And we came to Binh Thuan this time to continue the previous event. After returning home, we will actively promote Binh Thuan tourism even more”.

Many breakthrough solutions to attract Korean customers

According to many tourism experts, Binh Thuan is one of the new destinations that is receiving a lot of attention from tourists from Korea with unique experiences such as: Watching the sunrise on the endless white sand dunes in the early morning; challenging yourself in the beautiful golf courses with almost 100% of the golf holes facing the vast blue ocean; or enjoying seafood specialties in coastal resorts hidden behind the coconut trees of the tropics... According to statistics from the Binh Thuan tourism industry, in the first 2 months of 2025, Binh Thuan welcomed over 1.85 million visitors. International visitors reached 116,000, an increase of more than 32% over the same period in 2024, of which the Korean market ranked 3rd in the number of international visitors to Binh Thuan.

Currently, Binh Thuan is focusing on developing green and sustainable tourism with unique products such as eco-tourism, agriculture, culture, nature conquest tourism, adventure tourism and health care. These products are closely linked to the conservation of natural resources and the promotion of local cultural values, while aiming to attract Korean tourists.

During the trip to Korea, as well as receiving the Korean Famtrip Delegation in Binh Thuan, Mr. Nguyen Minh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed: In order to receive more attention from tourists from Korea, Binh Thuan province will accompany localities and tourism businesses in the province to build preferential policies and stimulus programs for Korean tourism businesses to bring tourists to Binh Thuan. At the same time, create conditions and maximum support for Korean investors to invest and develop tourism products in Binh Thuan and businesses of both sides can effectively exploit the available potentials, thereby contributing to the development of Binh Thuan's tourism to grow and expand further.
