On the morning of September 2nd, the Thanh Hoa City Youth Union organized a painting competition with the theme "Thanh Hoa City in my heart".

Le Ngoc Anh, Secretary of the Thanh Hoa City Youth Union, delivered the opening speech for the competition.

In his opening remarks at the competition, the Secretary of the Thanh Hoa City Youth Union, Le Ngoc Anh, emphasized: The competition is organized to gather a large number of young people to participate in activities, contributing to creating a healthy, practical, and beneficial playground for young people in residential areas during the summer.

The competition aims to express the affection of children for Thanh Hoa City and to commemorate the 220th anniversary of the provincial capital's establishment, the 30th anniversary of Thanh Hoa City's founding, the 10th anniversary of its status as a Class I city, the 60th anniversary of the Ham Rong victory, and the 79th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2024) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2024).

The competition was attended by 79 children who are members of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization at primary and secondary schools in Thanh Hoa City.

In the competition, the children drew pictures on the theme "Thanh Hoa City in my heart," with a time limit of 90 minutes to complete each picture. Through their whimsical and innocent drawings using materials such as crayons, pencils, and watercolors, the children demonstrated their creativity and passion for painting. Many of the paintings expressed their feelings and messages, leaving a deep impression on the audience.

According to the judging panel, all entries in the competition were of high quality in terms of both material and subject matter. They also accurately reflected the content and theme of the competition. All submitted works will be preserved by the Organizing Committee for future exhibition.

At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded 2 first prizes, 4 second prizes, 6 third prizes, and 10 consolation prizes to the outstanding contestants.
