From January 27-28, the Quang Nam Provincial Border Guard Command organized the "Border Guard Spring - Warming the Hearts of the People" program in 2024 for disadvantaged people in border communes of Nam Giang district, Quang Nam province. THILOGI was a partner in the program.
The program included many meaningful activities such as: a zero-cost market; free medical examinations and medication distribution; scholarship awards; handover of charitable projects; folk games, and cultural exchanges… Among them, THILOGI sponsored 50 gift packages containing essential necessities for the people to celebrate the Lunar New Year.
Colonel Hoang Van Man, Political Commissar of the Quang Nam Provincial Border Guard, said: “Over the years, THILOGI has always accompanied the local government in caring for and assisting people in border areas, actively participating in charitable programs in mountainous regions; thereby contributing to improving the lives of people in the mountainous districts of Quang Nam.”
In addition, THILOGI has donated 200 million VND to the "For the Poor" Fund in Nam Giang and Tay Giang districts of Quang Nam province. The funds will be used to build houses and support livelihoods for the poor and students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Over the past period, THILOGI has partnered with the Border Guard, the Traffic Safety Board of Quang Nam province, and the Customs at Nam Giang district border gate to carry out many meaningful social activities such as: Zero-cost market; Lighting up the border; Donating Tet gifts, helmets, etc.
