Geographical advantages, development of comprehensive logistics services.

Quang Nam province has 13 operational industrial parks, 225 investment projects (including 151 domestic and 74 FDI projects), and increasingly developed transportation infrastructure, with synchronized connections from expressways, coastal roads, railways, airports, seaports to international border gates. With these advantages, Quang Nam has great potential for logistics development. However, currently, the province's freight forwarding and transportation service network is fragmented and lacks integration, leading to higher logistics costs compared to the North and South, failing to fully utilize the region's potential.

As a large-scale logistics enterprise, THILOGI aims to develop a logistics network concentrated in Central Vietnam, connecting by road with neighboring provinces, the Central Highlands, Southern Laos, and Northern Cambodia. In particular, Chu Lai Port serves as a central hub for international cargo transshipment and connects by sea with both the North and South of Vietnam, meeting the growing import and export needs in the region.

Leveraging its geographical advantages and regional potential, THILOGI develops a comprehensive logistics model, serving diverse customer segments with a wide range of services from seaports, warehousing, multimodal transport (sea, road, air), support for customs procedures and import/export documentation, to packaging and cargo handling services. With a warehouse and yard system of over 300,000 , 500 specialized vehicles (cage trucks, tractor trucks, semi-trailers...), 2 container ships, and a network of major domestic and international transport partners, shipping lines, and logistics agents, THILOGI currently provides the most optimal logistics solutions for its customers.

With its comprehensive logistics model, seamlessly connecting various modes of transport from origin to destination, THILOGI helps businesses save time and costs, while ensuring the safety of goods throughout the journey. Currently, THILOGI's transportation service prices are 10% lower than the market average, and service fees at Chu Lai port are also 5-30% lower than those at other ports in the region, contributing to enhancing the competitive advantage and capacity of businesses.

Boost investment and promote joint development.

To enhance its competitive advantage and provide convenience for customers during the delivery and transportation process, THILOGI focuses on perfecting and upgrading its comprehensive logistics services through alliances, partnerships, and increased investment.

The Group has collaborated and partnered with numerous shipping lines, logistics companies, agents, and forwarders to open international shipping routes from Chu Lai port to Northeast Asia (China, South Korea, Japan), the Americas (USA, Canada, Mexico, etc.), and Europe; connecting regional and inter-regional road networks along the East-West economic corridor and international transport from Southern Laos, Northern Cambodia, and Northeastern Thailand. Simultaneously, THILOGI actively participates in and strengthens its activities within ASEAN and global logistics associations and organizations (FIATA, WCA, FMC, VLA, etc.), expanding its partner network, accessing new logistics trends, and specializing to improve service quality.

Along with the highways in Central Vietnam and the Central Highlands that the Government is investing in expanding to connect logistics infrastructure, THILOGI continues to build warehouses, depots, and transshipment stations along routes and corridors through international border gates (Nam Giang, Bo Y, Le Thanh, etc.), connecting Chu Lai port with Laos, Cambodia, and Thailand to promote multimodal transport and cross-border transport, especially for transit goods. Through this, the goal is to develop Chu Lai port into a specialized container port and a gateway for international cargo transshipment.

In the coming period, THILOGI will continue to improve its logistics network, investing in synchronized infrastructure and equipment to enhance its competitiveness by putting the 50,000-ton capacity port into operation. In addition, THILOGI will invest in a large number of specialized road transport vehicles, build satellite logistics centers, and gradually establish an international logistics center in Chu Lai, connecting goods from Central Vietnam, the Central Highlands, Laos, and Cambodia to the global market.

With its increasingly upgraded comprehensive logistics model and optimized solutions, THILOGI meets diverse customer needs and contributes to attracting investment in Quang Nam province.
