Tran Xuan Truong's poems are pure, gentle, and deeply imbued with the soul of the countryside in Leaning Moon and The Window Containing Spring... In Ninh Binh's current poetry scene, besides the main force of authors who are members of the poetry section of the Provincial Association of Literature and Arts, there are also many authors who, although not yet members of the Provincial Association of Literature and Arts or only members of district-level branches, members of poetry clubs, etc., are still persistently and diligently engaged in creative writing with a desire to contribute, express themselves, create, and challenge themselves. Among them, many authors, with their open-mindedness, eagerness to learn, and passion for art, have gradually moved from amateur writing to professional writing and become members of the Provincial Association of Literature and Arts. These authors later became the core group uniting poetry writing activities in many localities, units, and sectors... Throughout the province, there are also many poetry clubs with a large number of members and high-quality works selected for publication: Thuy Son Poetry Club, Ma Yen (Hoa Lu)... Many localities and sectors have organized poetry festivals on Vietnamese Poetry Day, attracting a large number of poetry lovers and creating a positive impact, such as: the Education and Training sector, the Literature and Arts Association of Yen Mo district...
