According to the Thu Duc District Department of Education and Training, the second round of enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year will be conducted online.

The enrollment software system will send a notification to the parents' phones, providing the application code and security code.

Parents can access the website https://tuyensinhdaucap.hcm.edu.vn to register for admission. After registration, parents will receive notification about the time to submit paper documents in person at the school.

Primary and secondary schools will base their student admission decisions on the list provided by the Thu Duc City Admissions Steering Committee.

The enrollment schedule for the second round of primary school admissions is as follows:

From 9:00 AM on July 19, 2024: The primary school enrollment software will send text messages to parents whose children have been assigned to schools in the second round.

From July 22nd to 27th, 2024: The school will be accepting applications from students assigned to their designated school zone.

August 1, 2024: Schools announce the list of admitted students for the 2024-2025 school year (results of two admission rounds).

The Thu Duc District Department of Education and Training stated that the target group for the second enrollment phase includes students who were not assigned to enrollment zones in the first phase and whose names are updated on the education sector's database website.

The steering committee for primary school enrollment will assess the capacity of schools to make adjustments and arrangements accordingly, ensuring that 100% of students have access to education.

I haven't received any information about enrollment for the first grade. Where can I contact them?

According to the Thu Duc District Department of Education and Training, for students entering first grade, if parents have not received a text message, they should contact the ward's People's Committee or the designated education teacher to review, adjust information, and update the list.

For students entering grade 6: If parents have not received the message, please contact the Thu Duc City Department of Education and Training - Admissions Department to review, adjust, and update the list.

The department also requested that schools review cases of students whose names are on the list but have not yet registered for enrollment.

The schools will then compile lists, assign personnel to contact and support parents, and notify the ward's People's Committee for coordination and mobilization.
