To ensure the rights of drug users, Thanh Hoa Department of Health assigned drug businesses and users across the province to urgently recall all Padobaby oral powder (each 3g packet contains: chlorpheniramine maleate 2mg; Paracetamol 325mg); GĐKLH number: 893100414024 (Old registration number: VD-3229219); Batch number: 110224; Production date: February 21, 2024; Expiry date: February 20, 2027 manufactured by Medipharco Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company.
Thanh Hoa Department of Health has just issued a document urgently announcing the recall of all Padobaby powdered oral medicine.
Reason for recall, level 3 drug violation and return to supplier, report recall results to Department of Health before December 25.
At the same time, it is recommended that the People's Committees of communes and wards organize information dissemination to businesses and drug users in the area and the people to know not to trade or use Padobaby oral powder with the above signs, according to the assigned functions, tasks and authority to inspect and supervise the drug recall, and handle violating units and individuals according to current regulations.
The Thanh Hoa Testing Center is assigned to directly supervise and monitor the above-mentioned drug recall. The functional departments of the Department of Health will inspect the implementation of this notice, and after the above recall, handle violating units and individuals according to current regulations.
