(kontumtv.vn) – Thanks to the attention of trade unions at all levels, the income and living standards of union members and workers in the province were basically stable during the first six months of 2025.

In the first six months of the year, the average income of salaried workers in the province was 7 million VND/person/month; there were no labor disputes or collective work stoppages; and no work accidents occurred. Workers and employees always trusted the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations, and felt secure in their work and production.

Currently, during the process of organizing, merging, and restructuring the administrative apparatus, trade unions at all levels in the province have coordinated with agencies and units to carry out propaganda work and stabilize the morale of union members and workers to ensure their peace of mind in their work. At the same time, they are focusing on promoting the resolution of social insurance, salaries, and other benefits and policies for officials, civil servants, and workers affected by the restructuring process.
