For the 40 new communes and wards of the old Kon Tum province, which are at least 200km away from the new Quang Ngai province's administrative center, the leaders of Kon Tum and Quang Ngai provinces agreed to set up 10 connection points at the centers of 10 districts and cities of the old Kon Tum province so that officials of the 40 new communes and wards can participate in the important event online./.
