As part of the celebrations marking the 120th anniversary of Prime Minister Pham Van Dong's birth, a political and artistic program titled "Prime Minister Pham Van Dong - A Lifetime Dedicated to the Nation and the People" was held on the evening of February 28th at the Quang Ngai Provincial Conference Center.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the program.
