Thanking Deputy Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Van Phuc for taking the time to welcome, Mr. Aleksander Surdej said: Regarding human resource training and scholarship exchange, in recent years, the Vietnamese side has sent students, PhD students go to Poland to study for high-level training. Poland also sends students to Vietnam, all of whom are short-term language interns.
Currently, there are 113 Vietnamese international students studying and researching in Poland (including 39 PhDs, 24 Masters and 50 university students). Polish universities are always open to Vietnamese students, and there are many scholarship programs (such as the Stefan BanachProgram, Erasmus Scholarship Program...) that create conditions for Vietnamese young people to study in Poland. as well as develop cooperative relationships between universities of the two countries.

Currently, Vietnam and Poland are implementing educational cooperation within the framework of the Educational Cooperation Agreement for the period 2017-2022, focusing on the following areas: Annual scholarship exchange; Bilateral cooperation on the exchange of students, graduate students and lecturers of universities; Strengthen cultural education and language teaching.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Phuc hopes that the Polish side and the Ambassador personally pay attention and promote a number of implementation contents in the coming time such as: Continue to maintain cooperation within the framework of effective cooperation documents. ; Propose to consider negotiating and signing a bilateral agreement on recognition of equivalence of educational degrees; continue to promote exchanges and develop the teaching of Vietnamese and Vietnamese studies in Poland and Polish language and Polish culture in Vietnam.
In particular, Poland is currently completing internal procedures and will notify the Vietnamese side of its opinions to proceed with consideration and signing of a new Education Cooperation Agreement in the appropriate time.
