At a regular citizen reception in March 3, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Nguyen Thi Phuong Hoa and functional units of the Ministry received one turn of citizens' complaints related to the land sector.
Specifically, the case of Mr. Le Duy Nhan (group 1A, area 1, Dong Da ward, Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province), authorized representative of Ms. Pham Thi Yen, residing at the address above. reflects the resolution of complaints regarding compensation, support, and land resettlement plans for Ms. Yen's family when recovering land plots No. 7 and No. 10, map sheet No. 59, Dong Da ward to implement the Project. Technical Infrastructure Project of Residential Area 1.
According to Mr. Nhan's presentation, Ms. Yen's family sued for compensation, support, and resettlement when recovering the above two plots of land and was awarded a verdict by the High People's Court in Da Nang. decided to force the People's Committee of Quy Nhon City to reissue administrative decisions related to recovery, compensation, support, and resettlement.
The People's Committee of Quy Nhon City has reissued the decision on land recovery, compensation, support, and resettlement, but Ms. Yen does not agree, and continues to file complaints but it is not resolved by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quy Nhon City according to the law. regulations.
Regarding this case, Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment Le Vu Tuan Anh said that the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has received the citizen's application and has sent a document to the People's Committee of Quy Nhon city requesting to resolve it according to regulations and authority. At the same time, send this document to Mr. Le Duy Nhan as a basis to request the Chairman of Quy Nhon City People's Committee to consider and resolve the complaint.
This document also states: After reviewing the content of the application, based on Circular No. 05/2021/TT-TTCP of the Government Inspectorate stipulating the process of handling complaints, denunciations, and petitions, reflecting and the provisions of the law, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has transferred Mr. Le Duy Nhan's application to the People's Committee of Quy Nhon City for inspection, consideration and resolution according to the provisions of law.
After listening to citizens' opinions and answering questions and responding to citizens from the Ministry Inspectorate, Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Phuong Hoa affirmed that the leaders of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment always listen and will focus on directing applications. The subordinate unit resolves people's petitions and concerns related to the fields of the Natural Resources and Environment sector according to its authority and legal regulations.
Regarding today's citizen complaint, Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Phuong Hoa requested functional units to focus on carefully studying the citizen's case file. In particular, for any content related to the Ministry's authority, a document will be sent to localities requesting to organize review and verification to respond to citizens in accordance with the law.
For cases that do not fall under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Phuong Hoa explained and requested the specialized unit to guide citizens to competent and responsible agencies and units for assistance.
