Ever bunch of red fruit above branch
Dry, roasted, ground and turned into coffee
There is a gift that people often say is "black as hell, bitter as death, sweet like love" and that is coffee, a wonderful gift that is accepted by the whole world.
When mentioning the rich flavor of coffee, we will certainly think of Dak Lak - a place often known as the capital of Vietnamese coffee. Proud that this peaceful land is also where I was born and raised. Since I was a child, I have been immersed in the wilderness with vast, endless coffee hills.
Every time March comes, coffee flowers bloom in white, covering the fields. The sweet scent of flowers spreads throughout the mountain and forest space. In my hometown, most of the elderly, young, adults, and children are "addicted" to coffee. Coffee has become a familiar drink for daily refreshment.
After each crop, every family competes in choosing firm, ripe coffee beans to dry, pound the skin to get the seeds, roast them until fragrant, then store them in a closed cabinet to grind the powder to drink gradually. Every morning when going to the fields, people prepare a pot of brewed black coffee to take with them to drink. Occasionally during the festival season or if they have the opportunity to go to the streets, they will stop by roadside cafes to sip cups of pure black coffee under the Trung Nguyen brand.
Coffee processed by Trung Nguyen company is very diverse in types, suitable for changing taste buds. Amidst the cold weather, the rich flavor of a cup of iced black coffee and the romantic and charming scenery of the shop make people ecstatic and intoxicated.
Coming to Dak Lak, you can not only enjoy coffee but also participate in coffee tours and learn about the coffee growing and processing process. Finally, I just want to say out loud: I love Dak Lak, I love the bitter black coffee drops!
