At the same time, arrange enough land funds for synchronous technical infrastructure and social infrastructure, ensure convenient connection for the development of social housing, housing for industrial park workers, housing for miners, etc.
The whole province currently has 5 social housing projects that have been and are being invested in and built with nearly 3,200 apartments such as: Social housing project in the residential area of Ngan Bang hill, Hong Hai ward and Cao Thang ward (Ha Long city), Social housing project for workers of Dong Mai industrial park in Dong Mai ward... Along with that, businesses in the province are also interested in building collective housing for workers, housing construction funding support from the "Union Shelter" fund...

At the same time, the province focuses on urging and guiding grassroots trade unions to coordinate with the authorities and professionals at the same level to build grassroots democracy regulations, organize conferences of civil servants and laborers , and sign collective labor agreements with many provisions beneficial to workers. In 2024 alone, 100% of agencies and units will organize conferences . CBCCVC , 84% of enterprises organized labor conferences , 85 new collective labor agreements were signed for the first time , thereby contributing to raising the responsibility of leaders of agencies, units, business owners, employers, and taking care of the lives of workers. ensure stable development
In general, units and enterprises maintain the income salary level to ensure the regional minimum wage as prescribed in Decree 38/2022/ND-CP and adjusted and supplemented according to Decree 74/2024/ND-CP of the Government . Accordingly, the average salary paid to employees is from 10 - 11.5 million VND/month . Of which , state-owned enterprises are 12-14.5 million VND/month, foreign-invested enterprises are 7.5-8.5 million VND/month, private enterprises are 6.5-7 million VND/month .

At the same time, through direct programs, they supported 3,000 gifts in kind with a total value of 3 billion VND for union members and workers .
