The Ring Road 4 – Capital Region project has a total length of nearly 113km, passing through 3 provinces and cities, including Hanoi (58km), Hung Yen (19.3km), Bac Ninh (36.2km). Hanoi aims to complete the Ring Road 4 parallel road, about 58km long, 6 lanes in the fourth quarter of 2025. |

It is known that the progress of the Ring Road 4 project through 7 districts of Hanoi city including: Soc Son, Me Linh, Dan Phuong, Hoai Duc, Ha Dong, Thanh Oai and Thuong Tin basically meets the set requirements. |

However, for construction sites with weak ground such as in Ha Dong district; the construction unit has not been handed over the site ( agricultural land, residential land, factory land, tombs, existing underground and above-ground infrastructure, etc.), so it is difficult to ensure the progress of the embankment and loading items of the weak ground treatment sections. |

Ring Road 4 is adjacent to National Highway 6 in Ha Dong district. This is considered one of the major intersections of the project. |

In Phu Lam, Phu Luong and Dong Mai wards, the Ring Road 4 project is entering the preparation stage for paving parallel roads. |

Currently, some sections of the Ring Road 4 project through Ha Dong district have completed the embankment and roadbed reinforcement, and have begun paving the road surface. |

A section of the project is stuck with high and medium voltage power lines that have not been relocated to clear the site. |
 |
Ring Road 4 is expected to help Ha Dong district enhance connectivity, create momentum, spread impacts between regions, make a breakthrough in socio-economic development, and ensure national security and defense of the district. |

This is a project of special importance and many practical benefits for Ha Dong district as well as the capital, contributing to expanding the space for socio-economic development, reducing traffic congestion at the western gateway of Hanoi, creating favorable conditions for people's traffic and gradually shifting the economic structure of the area on both sides of the road. |
