Hundreds of people gathered at the Ea Púk village stadium in Ea Knốp commune for the "Call of Spring in Ea Sô" program. On stage, the cultural program celebrated love for the homeland, the country, and the traditions of the ethnic groups. Below, the audience listened attentively and felt the emotions.
Interspersed throughout the performances are educational materials and questions about forest conservation and wildlife protection, encouraging public participation in answering them. This is a lively and community-oriented way to convey information about forest protection.
Ms. Ho Thi Thuong from Ea Knop commune said: “I find the program interesting and meaningful. People not only get to enjoy cultural performances, but also update their knowledge, raise awareness, and take responsibility for preserving the forest and protecting wildlife.”

In the sporting events, teams from the Xê Đăng, Ea Púk, and Cư Ana Săn villages competed in tug-of-war, spinning tops, and stick pushing. This strengthened the connection between the Dao, Mông, and Tày ethnic communities in Ea Knốp commune. The organizers helped them all share a common vision, conveying the message: "A green forest makes a festival joyful, and animals singing makes spring complete."
“The Center always stands alongside the Ea Sô Nature Reserve and works with the local people to uphold the spirit of action to preserve the 'treasure' of Ea Sô for future generations. That is our goal when coordinating with other units to organize the Ea Sô Spring Call Program,” affirmed Mr. Phùng Ngọc Khanh, Director of the Center for Nature Conservation and Technology.
Over the past period, the Ea Sô Nature Reserve Management Board has done a good job in managing and protecting the forest. One of the important tasks is raising awareness and conveying the message about preserving the Ea Sô forest to the people in the buffer zone.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hung, Deputy Director of the Ea So Nature Reserve Management Board, said: “For those working in forest management and protection, having more than 500 people participate in the program to gather information on forest conservation and the preservation of rare animals in the Ea So Nature Reserve is of great significance in terms of public awareness. The cultural and sports activities also help people easily access information and raise awareness about forest management and protection. People will understand that as long as the forest exists, their cultural activities and festivals will continue.”
