Saving 10% of the state budget's recurrent expenditures and retained fee revenue as per the regulations assigned at the beginning of 2026 for the recurrent expenditures of budget-allocated units, after excluding salary expenses, expenses of a salary nature, expenses for personnel, and funding for certain specific political and professional tasks.

Based on resolutions and directives from competent authorities, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has thoroughly economized on recurrent expenditures, especially conference, seminar, and business trip expenses, saving 10% of recurrent expenditures to supplement social welfare funds with an amount of 622 million VND.
