Cao Bang Oolong tea is the best tea variety from Taiwan, imported by Dong Tam Agricultural and Forestry Cooperative in Hamlet 4B1, Hoa Chung Ward, Cao Bang City, and grown in mountainous areas at an altitude of over 1,300 meters. The tea is processed using advanced equipment and technology, adhering to strict standards and procedures, and is certified for food safety and hygiene: Fresh buds are harvested, pre-processed by drying, fan-dried, fermented in a temperature-controlled room at 22°C for 8 hours, enzyme inactivation, tea rolling, drying, roasting, forming into pellets, drying a second time, sorting, and packaging. The tea has a pure, delicate aroma, is not bitter or astringent, and has a bright color. In the 2012 provincial-level selection of outstanding rural industrial products, the product was rated A.

Currently, the cooperative produces an average of 800 kg to 1 ton of finished Oolong tea per year. After deducting expenses, the cooperative earns approximately 200 million VND per year, providing regular employment for 12-14 workers with an average salary of 3 million VND per month. The current market price for the product is 500,000 VND per kilogram.
