Tay Ninh Province inaugurates Innovation Center.

On March 18th, the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province, in coordination with the Department of Science and Technology and other relevant units, organized the inauguration of the Provincial Innovation Center and the opening of the Science and Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation Week 2026.

According to the Department of Science and Technology, the Innovation Center serves as a hub connecting knowledge, technology, and innovation resources, contributing to the promotion of research, application, and technology transfer in the locality.

The event also kicked off the Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation Week, which took place from March 18th to 21st, featuring numerous activities connecting businesses, technologies, and the startup ecosystem.

In the initial phase, the unit implemented programs providing technology innovation consulting, connecting supply and demand, supporting digital transformation, training human resources, and connecting startup projects with investment funds.

The launch of the Center coincides with Tay Ninh's acceleration of digital transformation and the development of a knowledge-based economy . By 2025, the province aims to complete 168 out of 169 tasks under Resolution 57-NQ/TW; 99.8% of administrative procedures will be submitted online; and 100% of hamlets and neighborhoods will have internet and mobile network coverage.

Mr. Le Van Han, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province, said that 2026 is the first year of implementing the Resolution of the First Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress. Tay Ninh province aims for double-digit growth, focusing on implementing important resolutions of the Politburo, especially Resolution 57 on the development of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation, and Resolution 68 on the development of the private economy.

According to Mr. Han, the establishment and operation of the Innovation Center is a concrete step towards realizing these policies. The Center is expected to become a nucleus connecting the innovation ecosystem, a place where knowledge, technology, and development resources converge and spread.

In addition, the Center plays a connecting role between the State, scientists, businesses, and investors; promotes research, application, and technology transfer; and supports businesses in technological innovation, improving efficiency and competitiveness.
