Ho Chi Minh City reduces land lease fees by 30%.

Land and water surface lessees must submit applications for reduction of land rent and water surface tax to the Tax Department where the land or water surface is located, the Economic Zone Management Board, the High-Tech Zone Management Board, etc. The deadline for submitting applications is March 31st, including the application form, decision or land/water surface lease contract, or land ownership certificate.

According to the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department, land and water surface lessees are legally responsible for their information, ensuring that they are eligible for land and water surface lease fee reductions as stipulated in Decision No. 01/2023/QD-TTg dated January 31, 2023, of the Prime Minister .
