On December 23rd, the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City issued Notice No. 269/TB-UBND regarding the cessation of receiving administrative procedure applications at departments and agencies, and the commencement of receiving and returning results of administrative procedure applications at the City's Public Administrative Service Center.
Accordingly, the one-stop service centers of departments and agencies will cease receiving administrative procedure dossiers under their jurisdiction (including the City People's Committee Office) from December 26, 2025.
From December 27, 2025, the department for receiving applications and returning results of administrative procedures for organizations and individuals will be centralized at the City's Administrative Service Center headquarters located at 43 Nguyen Van Ba Street, Thu Duc Ward.
According to the announcement, applications received before the change of receiving location and currently being processed by departments and agencies will continue to be processed according to regulations.
The results of processing applications received before December 27, 2025, will be transferred to the Public Service Center for delivery to organizations and individuals according to the scheduled appointments as requested.
The City People's Committee requests that all departments and agencies widely disseminate information to organizations and individuals regarding the cessation of receiving and processing applications and delivering results at these departments and agencies. Simultaneously, the operation of the One-Stop Service Center at each unit will be terminated.
The units will continue to coordinate closely with the City's Public Service Center in the process of transferring and returning the results of file processing, ensuring smooth, continuous, and uninterrupted operation. In addition, the heads of departments and agencies are responsible for assigning their IT officers to provide support at the Public Service Center in connecting data with specialized administrative procedure processing information systems, ensuring timely response in case of technical problems on December 27th and 29th, 2025.
