After nearly half a month of piloting the sale of E10 bioethanol fuel in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Hai Phong, a reporter from SGGP newspaper visited Petrolimex store No. 38 (188 Pasteur Street, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) to observe the implementation of E10 fuel sales.
