After more than a month of competition, the 2023 World Championship has come to an end, and the final match to determine the owner of Summoner's Rift has been scheduled. T1 and WBG will be the two teams competing in the dream final on November 19th.

Rewriting the story of DRX in 2022, WBG (seed 4 from the LPL region) was the surprise team that defeated BLG, their major rival from the LPL region, to reach the finals, where TheShy was a top player who lost his way at the peak of his career at a very young age.
TheShy
On the other side of the battlefield, Faker, the "immortal demon king," and his teammates reached the finals for the second consecutive time. The defeat against DRX still lingers in their minds, and the image of Keria slumped over after T1's nexus exploded remains etched in the minds of fans.
Faker
This final match promises to break all previous viewership records. Over 5 million live viewers (peak viewers) were recorded for the 2022 final, and most recently, over 4 million live viewers for the semi-final between T1 and JDG.

With the participation of T1 - the team with the largest fan base worldwide , plus WBG - a team with a roster of players highly regarded by the LPL community, Faker vs. TheShy will be an "incredible draw" to create an unprecedented earthquake.
Flash D or F?
More than just a tense final match, the clash between T1 and WBG is also the age-old story of two schools of thought regarding using Flash on the F button versus the D button.
Will Faker claim his 4th championship or will TheShy lift his 2nd trophy? The answer will be revealed in the final best-of-5 series taking place on November 19, 2023.
