However, if Tran Thanh doesn't control his emotions, frequently cries, interferes with the judges' and coaches' professional work, or asks probing questions about contestants' private lives, or engages in body shaming, the MC himself will face backlash, and Rap Viet will inevitably suffer the consequences.

Recently, at the press conference announcing the "Super Talented Kids" program, the producers officially confirmed that Tran Thanh is stepping down from his judging panel after many seasons. Dai Nghia will replace Tran Thanh.

“Each artist has their own strengths and audience. For a show to be successful, we need artists, child talents, the audience, and hundreds of people in the crew. With the previous three seasons, we already have a certain audience. This season, with the addition of new artists, we can expand our target audience,” a representative of the game show's production team shared.

Although the producers revealed that Tran Thanh was not participating in the program due to a busy schedule, viewers still made many speculations. One of them was the suspicion that the director and MC was replaced because of controversial statements or uncivil behavior.

In particular, after the uproar surrounding Tran Thanh's tearful statement, "The life of an artist is much harder to swallow than you think. There are many ups and downs. If anyone likes money and fame, then come here to taste the four words 'dazzling fame' and know what it is," at a press conference, the number of anti-fans of the director of "Nha Ba Nu" ( Mrs. Nu's House) has increased.

Following the Kids' Super Talent show, a series of other popular game shows featuring Tran Thanh in previous seasons will air this year, such as Rap Viet, The Masked Singer Vietnam, and Who Is That Person?. What audiences are currently interested in is whether Tran Thanh will continue to host Rap Viet for its third season.

According to Zing 's sources, Tran Thanh will still be the host of the rap show. However, the producers are keeping this information confidential at this time.

In the context of the domestic entertainment market lacking MCs who are both famous and possess natural hosting skills and quick wit, Tran Thanh has consistently been the top choice for many producers over the years. This is especially true in the game show industry – where organizers prioritize ratings and where gimmicks and staged performances are unavoidable.

In the hottest shows in Vietnamese showbiz today, Tran Thanh is rarely absent, either as a judge or a host.

Therefore, it would be no surprise if Tran Thanh continues as the host of Rap Viet season three. In the previous two seasons, he was praised for his lively, witty, and humorous hosting style. He also showed great chemistry with the coaches and judges Binz, Karik, Wowy, Rhymastic, and JustaTee. In an interview with Zing , Wowy affirmed that Tran Thanh is like a "USB port." Tlinh replied, "Could you ask a more sensitive question?" The clip of the interaction between Tran Thanh and Tlinh subsequently went viral on social media.
