TPO – The digitalization project and flagpole at the Ly Tu Trong Memorial Area in Ha Tinh have been inaugurated by the Central Youth Union. These projects contribute to spreading the value and image of the memorial area to a large number of officials, youth union members, and tourists inside and outside the province.

On the afternoon of October 20th, at the Ly Tu Trong Memorial Area ( Viet Tien commune, Thach Ha district, Ha Tinh province), the digitalization project and the flagpole were inaugurated. These projects contribute to spreading the value and image of the memorial area to a large number of officials, youth union members, and tourists from inside and outside the province.

Attending the handover and inauguration ceremony were Mr. Hoang Binh Quan, former First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union and Honorary President of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association; Ms. Dinh Thi Mai, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department; Mr. Bui Quang Huy, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union; and Mr. Nguyen Minh Triet, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union. Representing Ha Tinh province were Provincial Party Secretary Hoang Trung Dung and a large number of young people.

The project to digitize the Ly Tu Trong Memorial Area (Viet Tien commune , Thach Ha district) cost over 45 million VND. This project contributes to spreading the value and image of the Memorial Area to a large number of officials, youth union members, and tourists inside and outside the province. Also on this occasion, the Youth Committee of the People's Public Security mobilized resources to support the construction and inauguration of a cluster of flagpoles for the Party, the Fatherland, and the Youth Union at the Memorial Area. The structure, built and designed behind the tomb of Ly Tu Trong, is made of steel pipes and stands 17 meters high.

Mr. Bui Quang Huy – Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, and Chairman of the National Committee on Vietnamese Youth – experiences the digitalization project via QR code at the Ly Tu Trong Memorial Area.

On the occasion of the 110th anniversary of the birth of Ly Tu Trong, the Central Committee of the Youth Union mobilized and donated youth projects and social welfare resources totaling 1.9 billion VND. In the photo, Nguyen Minh Triet – Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union and President of the Vietnam Student Association – presents a commemorative plaque to the Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union.

During the handover ceremony, the delegation also planted a commemorative tree at the Ly Tu Trong memorial site.

During the series of activities, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union Bui Quang Huy and the delegation also offered incense and flowers at the Dong Loc Crossroads National Special Historical Site, the memorial area and church of hero Ly Tu Trong. The delegation also visited and presented gifts to the relatives of the first communist youth union member.
