There are objections to having Empress Dowager Cixi's ashes placed in her home.

(Dan Tri Newspaper) - On February 8th, MC Xu Xi Di - the younger sister of Xu Xi Yuan - announced that her sister's ashes will be interred in accordance with Taiwanese (China) regulations in the near future.

Previously, the Xu family announced they wanted to place the late actress's ashes in their home so that Xu Xi Yuan wouldn't feel lonely. According to MC Xu Xi Di, this was the actress's and her family's wish during her lifetime.

However, Xu Xi Yuan's family faced a strong backlash from neighbors when they brought the late actress's ashes back to their private residence in a high-end apartment building in Taiwan (China) without holding a funeral ceremony.

Since February 5th, Xu Xi Yuan's family has received numerous petitions from surrounding residents. Therefore, the Xu family has been forced to change their plans and is currently applying to the local authorities for an environmentally friendly burial place for Xu Xi Yuan.

"My sister's ashes are only temporarily being kept at her home. Soon, the family will return her to nature," Từ Hy Đệ shared.

On social media, many people expressed their condolences for actress Xu Xi Yuan because she was involved in quite a few controversies after her death. Many supported the burial of Xu Xi Yuan's ashes.

Barbie Hsu (born 1976) is a Taiwanese actress and singer known for her roles in television dramas such as Meteor Garden, God of War, and Summer Bubble.

Since 2011, she has not acted in films, maintaining a private personal life to focus on taking care of her family.

The actress has been married twice, to businessman Wang Xiaofei and singer Koo Jun Yup. She has two children from her previous marriages.

On February 2nd, Barbie Hsu passed away while on a family trip to Japan. Her family confirmed that she had contracted the flu and developed pneumonia. She was cremated on February 3rd in Japan, and her ashes were brought from Japan back to Taiwan on February 5th.

The sudden passing of the 49-year-old actress has left fans and colleagues heartbroken.
